JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Creator Manager who will play a key role in driving affiliate and creator initiatives on TikTok. This person will be responsible for developing and executing creative strategies that build and maintain a dynamic community of affiliates, influencers, and content creators. The role combines relationship-building, campaign execution, and performance analysis to deliver measurable results for our clients in the fast-growing social commerce landscape.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Creator & Affiliate Recruitment: Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with a diverse network of TikTok Shop creators and affiliates to drive client campaign success.
  • Campaign Execution: Collaborate with creators to develop TikTok Shop–optimized content that highlights products, drives conversions, and aligns with client objectives.
  • Performance Management: Track creator performance, affiliate sales (GMV), and campaign metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize future activations.
  • Commerce Strategy: Design and implement creative, sales-driven strategies leveraging TikTok Shop features to maximize visibility, engagement, and revenue.
  • Trend Analysis & Insights: Stay ahead of TikTok trends, content formats, and shopping behaviors, sharing insights with clients and internal teams.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Accounts, Strategy, LIVE Shopping, and Performance teams to ensure seamless, integrated campaign execution.
  • Brand Advocacy: Represent OverCast and our clients with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring all creator collaborations reflect brand values.

 

Requirements:

Location: Based in Los Angeles, CA.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience: Previous experience in social media, influencer marketing, or community management is preferred, especially with TikTok or other content-focused platforms.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a natural talent for connecting with creators and affiliates.
  • Proven organizational and project management abilities, with attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with TikTok Shop, creator marketplaces, or affiliate platforms.
  • Creative mindset with a sales-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Positive energy, collaborative spirit, and passion for social commerce and the creator economy.
