We’re looking for a sharp, creative, and organized marketer to grow our awareness and traffic by building smart partnerships with creators, educators, and influencers.

Your goal is simple: find the right people with the right organic voices to show the world what Flow can do. You’ll lead strategy, create briefs, manage partnerships, and help turn great content into real growth. You'll ensure we show up authentically and in the context of our users' lives because Flow can help all kinds of different users in all kinds of different workflows.

What you’ll do

  • Contribute to and manage the execution of a clear content strategy focused on traffic and acquisition.

  • Source and select creators who truly “get” Flow - this is not about quick hits. It's about building relationships over the medium to long term, where the messaging and advocacy are real.

  • Onboard partners and help them speak about Flow with clarity and authenticity… ensuring a deep understanding and appreciation for the product, and enabling our partners to do the best at what they do best.

  • Write briefs that lead to sharp, high-quality content, taking every learning from every step and scaling it across the next.

  • Review and optimize scripts that resonate and speak directly to our ICPs. Learn what works and scale it fast. Not settle for average.

  • Foster and structure partnerships for long-term value - we are building a community of people with communities.

  • Manage contracting and logistics - from outreach to launch and payment - closing the loop. Optimize and make use of the best-in-class tools to scale from dozens to hundreds to thousands of partners.

  • Be deeper in the data than anyone else - what captures attention, what keeps it, what are others doing better?

You’ll own one of our most important growth channels. You’ll work closely with product, performance, and community.

What you’ll bring

  • You have 2+ years working with content and creators with examples of quality, traction and efficiently scaling a program.

  • Passion for content, ambition for growth, structure to process.

  • Desire to make progress every day and the ability to get the best out of others.
