Position Overview

The Creative Video Producer will play an important role in transforming educational topics into video content that is engaging, easy to understand, and worth sharing.

This role is responsible for ideating, planning, and developing video content across branding, engagement, and conversion objectives. The scope covers the full creative process, from generating ideas, shaping stories, and developing content concepts to collaborating with the Marketing, Content, and Graphic teams to create videos that truly connect with high school students.

We are looking for a creative and energetic young talent who understands social media, enjoys experimenting with new ideas, and wants to use the power of video to make education more accessible, enjoyable, and inspiring.

What you'll drive:1. Creative & Content Development
  • Develop creative video content ideas for key platforms, including TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Create concepts, hooks, angles, and storytelling approaches that resonate with target audiences, especially high school students and parents.
  • Design content narratives that capture attention within the first 3 seconds and make educational topics easy to understand, fun, and engaging.
  • Brainstorm content ideas, marketing campaigns, and promotional concepts with the Marketing, Content, and Graphic teams.
  • Analyze social media trends and audience behavior, then apply relevant insights to the brand’s content.
  • Develop content ideas that support brand awareness, engagement, and conversion goals.
2. Video Production
  • Plan video production from script, shot list, mood and tone, and visual direction to the overall presentation format.
  • Oversee video shoots to ensure quality, brand consistency, and alignment with the objective of each content piece.
  • Coordinate with relevant teams, including Marketing, Content, Graphic, Editor, and Talent, to ensure smooth execution.
  • Ensure that each video is suitable for its intended platform in terms of storytelling rhythm, length, format, and viewer experience.
  • Edit both short-form and long-form videos to a publish-ready standard.
  • Support, manage, or operate live streaming projects, from preparation to quality control during live sessions.
3. Campaign & Performance
  • Collaborate on video strategy campaigns to ensure alignment with marketing goals.
  • Analyze video performance metrics such as reach, views, retention, engagement, CTR, and conversion.
  • Use insights and data from content performance to improve ideas, storytelling formats, and production approaches.
  • Experiment with new content formats, hooks, styles, and platform approaches to continuously improve video effectiveness.
  • Summarize key learnings from high-performing and underperforming content to improve future work.
  • Work with both creativity and results in mind, ensuring that videos are not only visually engaging but also contribute to real business outcomes.
What you'll bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts, Journalism, Film, Digital Media, Marketing, or other related fields.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome, especially candidates with a portfolio or video work that demonstrates creativity and platform understanding.
  • Strong interest in video content, storytelling, marketing, and audience behavior on social media.
  • Good understanding of content formats and user behavior across platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Basic skills in filming, editing, or video production, with the ability to use video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or other relevant tools.
  • Passionate about social media trends and able to apply trends to brand content thoughtfully, not just by following what is popular.
  • Open to feedback, willing to experiment with new ideas, and able to improve work based on insights and content performance.
  • Able to collaborate well with Marketing, Content, Graphic, and other internal or external teams.
  • Responsible, organized, and able to manage timelines from idea development to final production.
  • Experience in short-form video, YouTube content, live streaming, campaign video, or performance-driven content will be an advantage.
  • Understanding of high school students, the TCAS system, education, or student guidance will be an advantage.
  • Technical Requirements: Candidates should be able to use the following tools or at least one tool in each category.
    • Video Editing Tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut
    • Graphic / Design Tools: Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Canva
    • Live Streaming Tools: OBS Studio, StreamYard, TikTok Live Studio
    • Social Media & Analytics Tools: TikTok Analytics, YouTube Studio, Meta Business Suite

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication Arts, Journalism, Film, Digital Media, Marketing, or related field.
  • Ability to use at least one video editing tool (Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut).
  • Ability to use at least one graphic/design tool (Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, or Canva).
  • Ability to use at least one live streaming tool (OBS Studio, StreamYard, or TikTok Live Studio).
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools (TikTok Analytics, YouTube Studio, Meta Business Suite).
  • Basic filming, editing, and video production skills, including scripting and shot planning.
  • Strong interest in video content, storytelling, and social media behavior across platforms.
  • Able to collaborate with Marketing, Content, Graphic, Editors, and external talent; organized and able to manage timelines.
  • Open to feedback, willing to experiment and iterate based on performance insights.
  • Portfolio or sample video work demonstrating creativity and platform understanding.
  • Experience in short-form video, YouTube content, live streaming, or performance-driven campaign video.
  • Understanding of high school students, the TCAS system, education, or student guidance.
