Job Description

We are seeking a systems-oriented creative production expert who excels at building and troubleshooting HTML5 display ads but is even more passionate about revolutionizing creative workflows.

In the role of Creative Technologist, you will spearhead the transformation of HTML5 display production by implementing AI-enhanced workflows and automated, scalable systems. Collaborating with creative, strategy, media, and development teams, you will convert campaign goals into efficient production frameworks. Your influence will span the entire lifecycle, defining how briefs, prompts, feeds, and variants integrate with rigorous QA and approval steps.

Responsibilities

  • Architect, evaluate, and refine AI-powered production workflows for creative adaptation and digital display.

  • Oversee the development and adaptation of HTML5 ads and creative materials, using tools such as GSAP and Google Web Designer. Ensure all assets are resized, optimised, and delivered on time to meet the needs of the campaign.

  • Manage the process of creating and optimising dynamic creative content for large-scale campaigns, using platforms like Flashtalking, Celtra, and Google Creative Studio.

  • Strategically map the production lifecycle from initial brief to final delivery, pinpointing opportunities to enhance operational velocity, consistency, and creative scalability through advanced automation, structured data inputs, and superior tooling.

  • Work closely with design, development, and media teams to ensure a seamless production process, providing clear guidance and feedback to ensure the highest quality outputs.

  • Ensure all deliverables meet high standards of quality and functionality.

  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and new platforms relevant to digital ad production and creative technology.

  • Manage the preparation and localization of assets, ensuring that creative assets are appropriately adapted for different markets and channels

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in digital production, creative technology, or similar roles, with a strong focus on digital ad development and optimization.

  • Demonstrable curiosity and applied knowledge of generative AI within creative ecosystems, specifically focusing on agentic methodologies, nodal architectures, and the deployment of automated, interconnected production tooling.

  • Solid understanding of DCO (Dynamic Creative Optimization), including working with dynamic feeds, creative updates, and tools like Google Creative Studio and Ads Creative Studio.

  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript, with experience in hand-coding interactive and animated display ads.

  • Strong skills in Adobe Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, and 3D software (Blender is a bonus).

  • Experience with AI-powered platforms

  • Excellent project management skills with experience balancing multiple projects and deadlines.

  • Advanced English
