We are seeking a Creative Technologist to join our Creative Studio team at Mercer, playing a key role in building Oliver Wyman’s new hub in Lisbon.
Our global, award-winning in-house creative studio is hiring a Creative Technologist to bridge the gap between creative ambition and technological possibility. Working side-by-side with designers and developers, you’ll use LLMs, generative tools, and machine learning to build systems that power better ideas, faster execution, and stronger outcomes.
We will count on you to:
AI Integration: Introduce and implement AI technologies into creative processes, enhancing efficiency and innovation.
Prototyping & Development: Work with the creative team, developers and strategists to design and develop prototypes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with creative teams, developers, and strategists to conceptualize and execute projects.
Innovation Leadership: Stay abreast of emerging technologies/applications and assess their potential impact on our creative strategies.
Workflow Optimization: Develop and refine processes that streamline the integration of technology/applications into creative tasks.
Mentorship: Guide and educate team members on the effective use of new technologies and tools.
What you need to have:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years in a role that combines creative and technical responsibilities, with a portfolio showcasing relevant projects.
Experience with fine-tuning LLMs, working with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and developing AI agents.
Experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D modeling software.
