Job Description
-Conduct user research, usability testing, and user interviews to gain deep insights into user behavior, needs, and pain points. Utilize this data to inform design decisions and create user-centric solutions.
-Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows to illustrate design concepts and interactions. Iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing results.
-Design visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces that align with the brand's visual identity while adhering to best practices in UI design.
-Work collaboratively with product managers, developers, and visual designers to ensure a seamless and cohesive user experience throughout the product development lifecycle.
-Advocate for and implement accessibility best practices to ensure that the digital products are usable by individuals with disabilities.
-Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to validate design concepts and gather user feedback. Analyze test results and incorporate insights into design improvements.
Qualifications
-Previous experience as a UX Designer or in a similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing successful UX projects.
-Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar applications.
-Experience in creating wireframes and interactive prototypes to demonstrate user flows and interactions.
-Familiarity with various user research techniques, including usability testing, A/B testing, Workshops,user interviews, and persona creation.
-Knowledge of technologies such as HTML, CSS, Javascript is a plus.
-Working experience with methodologies such as Design Thinking or Agile.
-Deep knowledge in Design Systems and will be a plus technical knowledge related to Design project management.
-Excellent teamwork and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
