About the role: 

Ogilvy Sydney is looking for Creative Teams with a passion for bold ideas and a drive to create work that earns attention, shapes culture and solves real business problems.

We’re looking for Art Directors and Copywriters who are curious, ambitious and excited to push their craft further. Whether you’re at the start of your career or have a few years of experience,  this is a role for people who want to make work that matters. You’ll be encouraged to challenge briefs, think beyond the obvious and bring fresh energy to every stage of the creative process — from first idea through to final execution.

What you’ll do: 

  • Contribute to the development of creative ideas and campaigns across multiple channels
  • Think conceptually and help solve client business challenges through creativity
  • Work closely with Creative Directors, strategists, designers and client teams
  • Present and communicate ideas clearly and confidently
  • Bring a strong attention to detail across design, copy and presentation materials
  • Stay curious about culture, technology, social platforms and emerging trends
  • Continuously develop your creative craft and push your thinking further

What you'll bring: 

  • A portfolio that demonstrates strong thinking, craft and creative potential
  • Experience in an agency or similar creative environment
  • Ability to develop ideas that work across 360 campaigns and platforms
  • Strong communication, collaboration and storytelling skills

  • A sense of humour, resilience and genuine passion for creativity
