The Creative Studio Manager will lead the day-to-day operations of MRI Software's Creative Studio, managing a team of Multimedia Designers based in South Africa who deliver graphic design, video production, and PowerPoint design output for teams across the global organisation.
This role is responsible for managing the creative request queue, overseeing capacity and prioritisation, and acting as the primary project manager for studio delivery. Working in close partnership with the Creative Director, the Creative Studio Manager will ensure the studio executes against creative direction and brand standards efficiently and consistently, translating the Creative Director's vision into well-organised, on-time delivery across all output types.
The Creative Studio Manager bridges creative leadership and operational execution, providing the team structure, workflow discipline, and stakeholder coordination that enables the Creative Studio to function as a reliable, high-quality global delivery function.
Success in this role will be measured by the quality and consistency of creative output, on-time delivery rates, team performance and development, and stakeholder satisfaction with the Creative Studio as a delivery partner.
Key Responsibilities
Team Management: Lead and develop a talented team of Multimedia Designers, fostering a high-performance culture focused on quality and accountability.
