Tangible is a product marketing research, strategy and design firm. We solve complicated marketing and design problems for tech brands at every stage of growth. Tangible hires part-time workers that usually work between 20-40 hours a week on project assignments for our clients. Responsibilities:
This is a role for the insatiably curious. Our clients often create and sell highly technical B2B software products. It is the creative strategist’s job to deeply understand our clients’ products, audiences, and the industry space, and ultimately ensure the strategic and creative work we produce for our clients is going to:
- align to the client’s business and communication objectives
- be accurate to their products
- resonate with their audiences
While creative strategists are often jack/jill of all trades, in this role we are looking for someone who specializes in messaging strategy. This person can pivot from developing messaging frameworks that serve as the foundation of campaign creative development, to applying strategies developed by or in concert with clients to content like websites, video, and social media. They are very comfortable in working collaboratively within a team, and ensure that the team’s outputs are successful. In addition to ensuring that Tangible delivers on client requests, the creative strategist works to delight the client with additional, outside the box approaches that may be bolder than what the client envisioned but even more powerfully deliver on the client's objectives. Essentially, it's the creative strategist's job to know when the client is focusing too much on the solution, and to instead understand the problem they want to solve, and come up with alternate solutions they might not have envisioned.

- Good creative and UX sensibilities; ability to both suggest and evaluate creative and UX solutions

- Strong collaboration skills – works effectively as part of a virtual team or in person
- Self-starter who can work independently without a lot of supervision to accomplish goals
- Thorough and organized, with outstanding attention to detail

“In addition to their amazingly creative work, what I loved about the Tangible team is that at the end of the day, my stakeholders could not tell the difference between an internal creative on my team and a member of the Tangible team. The engagement worked so much smoother than the typical agency engagement; it was much healthier for my internal team and much more successful with regards to the final outcomes.”
