About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organized, creative intern to help us plan, script, and manage short-form video content for new product launches.

This role sits at the intersection of content strategy, execution, and operations. You won’t just come up with ideas—you’ll help take them all the way from concept to final video by working with our raw footage, and video editors. You do not have to create videos yourself - but if that is a skillset you have then we will definitely put it to work!

What You’ll DoScript & Develop Video Content (Primary Focus)
  • Write scripts, hooks, and concepts for short-form videos based on our bucket list products and existing footage
  • Turn raw ideas and product content into clear, engaging video formats
  • Test different angles, hooks, and structures across multiple videos
Manage Content for Product Launches
  • Own content pipelines for new launches (e.g., Cincinnati, Cleveland, Pittsburgh)
  • Develop multiple video concepts for each launch
  • Use past performance data to guide what types of content to create
  • Balance speed and quality to ensure content is ready on time
Coordinate with Editors & Designers
  • Create clear briefs for video editors and designers
  • Communicate expectations for structure, pacing, and messaging
  • Ensure assets and direction are organized and easy to execute
Review & Improve Content Before Publishing
  • Review videos before they go live and provide feedback
  • Identify what’s working and what needs improvement
  • Ensure content meets quality standards and feels engaging
Support Ongoing Content & Testing
  • Develop new concepts for underperforming content (e.g., specific states or cities)
  • Help test new formats, hooks, and ideas
  • Support quick-turn projects and ad-hoc content needs

RequirementsWhat We’re Looking For
  • Experience working in short form video (personally or professionally)
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented (comfortable managing multiple projects at once)
  • Strong written communication (clear, concise scripting and briefs)
  • Good instincts for what makes content engaging
  • Ability to move quickly and iterate
  • Comfortable giving feedback and making decisions
  • Strong sense of ownership over work
Bonus (Not Required)
  • Experience writing scripts or developing video concepts
  • Experience with brand, marketing, or creative strategy
  • Experience with video editing or content creation tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere, etc.)
  • Experience managing or growing a social media account
  • Familiarity with content analytics or performance tracking
