The Head of Copy is responsible for directing and managing the copy team, as well as writing copy and campaigns. This is both a leadership role and a hands-on executional role such as leading projects, collaborating and contributing as part of a team, and be an individual contributor.Do you combine strong creative thinking with social media expertise and leadership skills? What you'll do:
✅ Lead integrated creative and social campaigns from concept to execution
✅ Develop innovative, business-driving ideas and strategies
✅ Mentor and support junior creatives and copywriters
✅ Oversee client projects and ensure high creative standards
✅ Stay ahead of advertising and social media trends
✅ Collaborate with strategy, media, and client service teams
What we're looking for:
✔ 5+ years of experience in advertising, creative, social media, or copywriting roles
✔ Strong conceptual and strategic thinking skills
✔ Leadership and mentoring experience
✔ Excellent communication and presentation skills
✔ Fluent English
✔ Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented mindset
