Creative Services Specialist

The Job

We are looking for a talented print and digital design specialist to join our team at Horizon Distributors. As a specialist in this role, you will be responsible for creating visual solutions that drive business results. This includes developing innovative concepts for print and digital media, collaborating with team members, store managers and outside sales representatives.  In addition, you will be responsible for our organic social media presence as well as Google My Business pages. 

Responsibilities:

• This role involves managing engaging print and digital marketing campaigns, including the design and distribution of print materials and the creation of compelling marketing emails and dynamic social media posts.

• Essential functions include but are not limited to the following: Design, produce, and manage print and digital materials for product marketing, events, and training (e.g., direct mail, email, invitations, flyers, social media posts, promotional assets) using Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator and Canva.

• Plan and schedule content using a social media scheduling platform.

• Utilize marketing tools to create and send targeted direct mail and email campaigns that align with sales initiatives and goals.

• Measure and analyze effectiveness, traffic and awareness for digital channel efforts.

• Work cross functionally within the marketing group, Horizon product groups, and Horizon field teams to support brand and sales priorities.

• Collect and manage photos and videos for use in social media, websites, and events, as well as manage network image files for advertising and print media.

• Help manage overall data management including CRM and lead-gen strategies including e-mail marketing and tracking/analytics to support company initiatives and goals.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in print and digital marketing and asset management roles, preferably in B2B, including a strong knowledge in graphic design/visual communication.

• Strong understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Premier as well a strong familiarity with Canva.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to work effectively in a team environment.

• Excellent time management and communication skills.
