Job Summary:
The Creative Services Coordinator is responsible for creating visual solutions that drive business results. This includes developing innovative concepts for print and digital media, collaborating with team members, store managers and outside sales representatives. In addition, you will be responsible for our organic social media presence as well as Google My Business pages.
Responsibilities:

Designs, produces, and manages digital and print materials for product marketing, events, and training (e.g., direct mail, email, invitations, flyers, social media posts, promotional assets).

Creates engaging marketing emails and designs compelling social media posts to engage current and potential customers.

Plans and schedules content using a social media scheduling platform.

Utilizes email marketing tools to create and send targeted campaigns.

Measures and analyzes effectiveness, traffic and awareness for digital channel efforts.

Works cross functionally within the marketing group, Horizon product groups, and Horizon field teams to support brand and sales priorities.

Collects and manages photos and videos for use in social media, websites, and events.

Helps manage overall data management including CRM and lead-gen strategies including e-mail marketing and tracking/analytics to support company initiatives and goals.

Other job related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
-
1-2 years of experience in digital marketing and asset management roles, preferably in B2B.

Strong understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to work effectively in a team environment.

Excellent time management and communication skills.
