The Growth Creative Production team develops and scales performance marketing concepts used across more than 30 Wolt markets globally. The team combines creative strategy, design, experimentation, and production excellence to drive user acquisition and business growth through high-performing marketing campaigns.
What you'll be doingThe Creative QA Intern will support the Growth Creative Production team in ensuring the quality, accuracy, and consistency of performance marketing assets across global markets.
Working within Celtra, the intern will review static and video creatives, validate promotional messaging, ensure adherence to design best practices, and support the team in delivering high-quality creative assets across 30 countries.
In addition to quality assurance responsibilities, the intern will participate in creative concept development sessions and gain exposure to the end-to-end creative production process that powers Wolt's global growth marketing efforts.
Day-to-day, you'll:1. Creative Quality Assurance (Primary Responsibility)Perform quality assurance reviews of globally produced creative assets within Celtra, including both static and video formats.
Design & Layout Review
- Review layouts for visual balance and consistency
- Ensure headlines are well structured and visually balanced
- Identify poor text stacking, widows, and orphaned words
- Check text leading (line spacing) and overall readability
- Ensure text does not overlap key visual elements
Asset Validation
- Verify all design elements are correctly displayed and aligned
- Ensure Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) are visible, readable, and do not overlap CTA buttons or other key elements
- Validate that logos, headlines, promo codes, CTAs, imagery, and legal copy are correctly positioned
- Confirm assets adhere to platform and channel best practices
Promotional Accuracy
- Verify that the correct and most up-to-date promotional offers, codes, and messaging are being used
- Ensure creative assets match the approved campaign brief and market requirements
Video QA
- Review video assets for animation consistency
- Identify visual glitches, cut-offs, timing issues, or formatting errors
- Ensure messaging remains clear and legible throughout the video duration
Final Approval Support
- Document QA feedback clearly and accurately
- Track identified issues and confirm fixes have been implemented
- Support the team in maintaining high creative quality standards across all markets
Gain exposure to the wider Growth Creative Production function by supporting various creative initiatives and collaborative projects.
Concept Development Exposure
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions
- Contribute ideas and observations during concept development discussions
- Learn how performance marketing concepts are developed and scaled across international markets
- Learn Channel Best Practices (Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat)
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with Brand Designers, Art Directors, and Creative Producers
- Support ad hoc creative production tasks where required
- Assist in maintaining organized creative documentation and workflows
- Strong attention to detail and visual quality
- Interest in marketing, advertising, design, or creative production
