Creative Project Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Creative Project Manager to join the Pattern brand creative team. As a Creative Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and executing projects from conception to completion. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, content creators, developers, and marketers, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a combination of project management expertise, creativity, and a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own sprint meetings and tracking for the local team
• Promote positive relationships with project owners and assignees and the general well-being of the local team
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to appropriate team members as well as inform assignees on project milestones and deliverables.
• Manage changes in assigned tasks and realign workflow schedules with updated dates and information.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and obtain correct stakeholder approvals.
• Track project and task progression, and report progress with the PM team.
• Communicate errors and issues for fixing to stakeholders and the creative team
• Communicate with other team members and other departments to solve problems
• Provide direction and guidance to designers to ensure that assets align with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
• Review and manage getting approval from art directors and stakeholders on assets to ensure they meet quality standards and meet objectives of the project
• Support Senior Project Manager as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with project management, within a creative team, preferred
• Understanding of creative and studio processes
• Knowledge of agile methodology, some experience preferred
• The ability to consistently manage up to 50 projects simultaneously across multiple contributors with overlapping objectives, start and end dates, and multiple stakeholders
• Skilled in Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets)
• Skilled in project management tools & software, Asana experience is preferred
• Ability to read, write, type, and verbally communicate effectively and professionally with other business departments, stakeholders, and vendors in English
• Ability to diplomatically deal with difficult situations and people, while exhibiting a consistent level of professionalism
• Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
• Availability for, up to, weekly syncs in times that work for both US and local time
