ANINE BING is looking for a Creative Project Lead to join its Creative Team team based in Los Angeles.

This role is responsible for managing the execution of creative projects from start to finish. You’ll coordinate timelines, allocate resources effectively, and ensure smooth workflows to support the successful delivery of various initiatives.

As a project leader, you will balance creativity with efficiency, ensuring seamless collaboration across cross-functional teams, and tackling challenges head-on to ensure that every project stays on track and delivers exceptional results.

Responsibilities Include:

• Resource Allocation: Ensure the right resources are in place for successful project execution by assigning tasks and managing project needs.
• Prioritization: Balance multiple projects by focusing on high-impact initiatives and meeting deadlines.
• Timeline Management: Oversee project schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Team Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between teams, stakeholders, freelancers, and agencies to maintain alignment and smooth communication.
• Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify potential risks and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
• Progress Tracking: Monitor project milestones, report on progress, and adapt plans as needed to meet goals.
• Quality Control: Maintain high standards for deliverables, ensuring they meet the expectations and vision of the brand.
• Solution Building: Design effective strategies to overcome obstacles and keep projects moving forward.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for optimizing workflows to drive efficiency and innovation.

Requirements: 

• Relevant project management experience, with a preference for backgrounds in creative or agency work.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, across various channels.
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and handle unexpected challenges with flexibility.
• Proven ability to motivate and inspire teams, set clear expectations, and mediate in a way that fosters collaboration.
• Capability to independently drive projects, demonstrate initiative, and solve problems proactively.
• Experience recognizing and rewarding team achievements to boost engagement and productivity.

Compensation

• The salary range for this role is between $70,000 - $80,000 a year depending on experience
