Position Details
Job Summary
The Creative Project Coordinator manages and executes marketing and creative projects that support the company’s branding, sales enablement, and communication strategies. This role collaborates with internal departments, external partners, and vendors to ensure on-brand, on-time, and on-budget delivery of marketing materials and campaigns. The role combines strong project management skills with hands on creative support to enhance Koch Companies’ visual and messaging impact across channels.
Essential Job Functions
- Oversee all phases of creative production, including concepting, copywriting, design, proofreading, and printing
- Manage project plans, timelines, and tasks across teams, ensuring clear communication and accountability
- Coordinate cross-functional and cross-brand marketing meetings to align messaging and strategy
- Develop and execute marketing projects that support lead generation, brand awareness, and internal communications
- Create and maintain content such as sales decks, collateral, infographics, posters, videos, website content, and client communications
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver creative assets that reflect brand standards
- Write and distribute press releases; support PR and industry publication initiatives
- Maintain the Koch Marketing Asset Library and ensure all materials are up to date and accessible
- Regularly update company website content to reflect current initiatives and information
- Support the planning and creative execution of company events
- Ensure consistency across all internal and external communications
• Serve as a brand ambassador, upholding visual and messaging standards
Secondary Job Functions
- Cross-train with other marketing or communication roles
- Participate in special projects or assignments as needed
- Represent the company with professionalism and discretion in all interactions
- Serve as a representative of the Company, displaying courtesy, tact, consideration, and discretion in all interactions with other members of the Koch community, customers and with the public.
- Cross training as required.
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.

Working Conditions
• No extraordinary physical requirements. Role will require sitting at a desk using a computer keyboard, phone, and screen for 90% of the day when in the office.

Qualifications
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design
- Experience managing creative or marketing projects from start to finish
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and graphic design software
Preferred Education and Experience
- 5+ years of graphic design experience
- Experience in marketing communications, agency or in-house creative services
- Familiarity with the transportation, logistics, or warehousing industry

Physical Requirements
- Primarily office-based with 90% of time spent at a computer (sitting, typing, screen use)
