Job Summary:
Join us as a Creative Product Solutions Manager, where you will play a key role in redefining advertising technology. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Product Management, you will drive the creative production of ad experiences for Disney+, Hulu and ESPN. Your role will involve overseeing and optimizing creative processes while collaborating with Product Managers, Creative teams, and business stakeholders to craft and deliver cutting-edge ad products that captivate our audiences.

Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Creative Production Management: Oversee advanced ad product creative production, from initial concept through release and execution. Ensure assets are ready for deployment via iterative feedback, comprehensive documentation, and training.
- Creative Process Optimization: Implement and maintain strategies to optimize and enhance creative production workflows, processes, and tools.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with advertisers and agencies to manage creative asset delivery, communicate requirements, and align on project timelines, while collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Design, Marketing, and Operations to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, efficiently, and on time.
- Media Kit Stewardship: Maintain the Disney Advertising online media kit, including product descriptions, asset specifications, demo videos, and creative guidelines.
- Compliance & Standards: Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Design teams to ensure all ad products meet industry regulations and internal standards.
- Performance Analysis: Track and report on key performance metrics to guide product iterations and stakeholder updates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- 3 years of experience in Creative, Operations, or similar roles assisting in product development and/or supporting the design and implementation of technical solutions.
- Experience working in advertising, streaming media, or similar technology-driven industries.
- Proven track record of successfully contributing to technology teams and driving operational excellence in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, product development processes and methodologies (Agile/Scrum), tools (Jira, Airtable, Google Office Suite), and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with creative tools including Generative AI, Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across functions and levels of the organization.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify data trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.

The hiring range for this position in New York, NY is between $02,100 - $136,900 and Los Angeles, CA is between $97,500 - $130,700. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.Job Posting Segment:
