We are now on the search for a talented Creative Producer to bring our brand to life through impactful, high-quality content across multiple channels.

About the Role:

As Creative Producer, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of creative productions across campaign, lifestyle, social, retail and eCommerce channels. This role plays a key part in ensuring that all creative assets meet brand standards, align with commercial priorities, and are delivered on time and within budget.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners, driving creative excellence while balancing efficiency and innovation in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead end-to-end production of campaign, lifestyle and brand shoots

  • Source and manage photographers, videographers, stylists, talent and production partners

  • Plan and oversee shoot logistics, including locations, permits, timelines and on-set operations

  • Develop and manage production budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation

  • Lead casting and talent management, championing inclusive and authentic representation

  • Coordinate high-volume eCommerce production, ensuring consistency and quality of product imagery

  • Partner with Product and Planning teams to align production with launch calendars and priorities

  • Manage post-production workflows, including editing, retouching and final asset delivery

  • Maintain production schedules, workflows and creative asset libraries

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and scalability across creative operations

Who You Are:

  • Bring 5+ years’ experience in creative, campaign or content production

  • Have experience delivering fashion, lifestyle or consumer brand shoots

  • Thrive in fast-paced environments, managing multiple projects simultaneously

  • Demonstrate strong budgeting, negotiation and supplier management skills

  • Are highly organised with exceptional project management capabilities

  • Possess a solid understanding of photography, video and post-production processes

  • Communicate effectively and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

  • Are passionate about inclusive storytelling and authentic brand representation
