We're growing fast- our goal is to 2.5x revenue in 2026, and creative content will be at the core of how we get there. We've built a paid engine that scaled Vibe from $40M to $160M ARR with a strong channel mix: Vibe (Streaming TV), Meta, LinkedIn, and Google (Search + YouTube). We cover our full TAM- from small businesses to major e-commerce brands to fast-growing startups.
Now we're doubling down: we're significantly scaling our paid advertising investment. We have the infrastructure to target at scale and measure precisely what's working. What we need now is a creative machine to push the right messages to the right audience, non-stop.
Your Mission
As a Creative Producer, you'll own all creative production for our high-volume paid advertising engine. This isn't about making one perfect ad- it's about building a creative machine that feeds our growth engine with constant testing and iteration.
You'll produce high-volume, high-diversity content across our performance marketing channels like Meta and LinkedIn. You'll work directly with the Head of Growth and our analytics team to identify what's working, iterate rapidly, and build a scalable creative system that can keep up with our aggressive growth targets.
This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes performance creative, understands human psychology, and moves fast. We want crazy ideas, rapid experimentation, and content that makes people laugh, click, and convert.
What you will do
Own all creative production for our paid engine- static assets and video content across our performance marketing channels like Meta and LinkedIn
Produce high volume with high diversity- ship multiple static ad concepts and video concepts per week
Create high-quality static assets and quick-turn vertical video content using UGC-style footage, smartphone filming, AI tools, or whatever it takes to move quickly
Test relentlessly- work with the analytics team to identify winning concepts and iterate rapidly based on data
Build a creative system- develop templates and workflows that scale output without sacrificing quality
Focus on emotion and psychology- understand what hooks audiences and drives them to click
You'd be a great fit if you have:
2+ years of experience in high-volume creative production for performance marketing
Mobile gaming creative experience OR strong DTC/e-commerce background from major brands running massive paid budgets
Proven ability to produce high-volume, high-diversity creative- dozens of variations, angles, and formats
Experience creating static social ads and quick-turn vertical video content
AI-native mindset- already using generative AI tools to accelerate production and experiment with new formats
Understanding of performance marketing data- you can iterate based on analytics without letting data kill creativity
Crazy creativity paired with a hacker spirit- you understand human psychology and what makes people take action
Bias for action- you'll grab your phone, shoot something, and ship it the same day

Compensation for this role is based on experience, skill set, and leveling, with an estimated base salary range of $95,000–$115,000, plus bonus eligibility.
