About the role

As a Creative Producer at Fortis, you will partner closely with our Creative team to keep workflows organized, predictable, and moving efficiently. You’ll manage day-to-day production across tasks, asset pipelines, and cross-functional coordination—ensuring artists have the clarity and support they need to deliver high-quality work quickly. Your role is operational, hands-on, and essential to keeping the creative engine running smoothly.

You will maintain full visibility over the creative pipeline, track asset status, coordinate with game teams, and help introduce AI-first workflows that accelerate iteration. This role requires someone structured, proactive, and deeply collaborative—able to bring order to ambiguity, communicate clearly across teams, and drive workflow improvements that scale as our studio grows.

What you'll achieve

Process and Project Management

  • Own the end-to-end creative production workflow for UA and growth marketing assets
  • Create and maintain clear project plans, priorities, timelines, and sprint schedules
  • Ensure all creative team members understand:
    • Campaign goals and KPIs
    • Creative briefs and requirements
    • Delivery timelines and expectations
  • Manage task assignment, workload balancing, and prioritization across multiple artists and projects
  • Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies early and proactively resolve them
  • Align creative concepts with growth goals, audience insights, and platform best practices
  • Maintain all creative specs documentation for all channels that we operate in
  • Help the creative team operate with clarity, focus, and efficiency
  • Champion best practices for creative production in a fast-paced mobile growth environment
  • Introduce and support AI-driven workflows to accelerate creative exploration, production, and iteration

Production & Delivery

  • Ensure timely delivery of creative assets across paid channels (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.)
  • Maintain version control, asset tracking, and documentation
  • Coordinate asset needs and file organization with game teams to support production consistency.
  • Coordinate feedback loops between stakeholders and creative teams
  • Enforce quality standards while maintaining speed and iteration velocity

Rituals and Coordination

  • Run kickoff meetings, reviews, and post-mortems to ensure alignment and continuous improvement
  • Run standups with the creative team to help navigate any blockers and provide timely updates to any prioritization pivots

Vendor Management

  • Support vendor communication when needed, ensuring clarity on deliverables and timelines.
  • Ensure all vendors have access to all required materials and ensure there are no blockers that could delay production and final deliveries

What you’ll need to be successful

  • Experience in a Producer, Creative Producer, Publishing Producer, or Marketing Producer role supporting artists or creative teams.
  • Strong understanding of creative pipelines, including asset workflows, file management, naming conventions, and delivery processes.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to create clarity and structure in dynamic environments.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple tasks or projects simultaneously.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Clickup, Jira, Asana, Trello, Airtable) and asset tracking systems.
  • Ability to work across departments and maintain alignment between creative teams and game teams.
  • Curiosity and openness to integrating AI tools into creative workflows (AI-first mindset).
  • Comfortable operating with limited precedent, making decisions and building processes independently.
  • Experience working in gaming, creative agencies, or entertainment production environments (mobile experience preferred).
  • Fluency in English.
