We are seeking an exceptional Creative Producer (for AI Content) to own end-to-end production of AI-generated YouTube videos, ensuring every piece meets high-quality standards before publishing. Act as the final gatekeeper, working with editors and template owners to maintain consistency and scale daily output. Bring strong creative judgment by identifying what makes content perform—refining ideas, improving pacing, and guiding fixes where AI output needs human polish.

• Manage the full production cycle of AI-generated YouTube videos (Shorts and Longs) using our proprietary tools: Fiber, SlopFlow, and AI Shorts Studio.
• Review and approve every video before publishing — quality gatekeeper role. Currently, the Head of R&D and Lead PM do this manually, which is not sustainable.
• Work directly with template owners and freelance editors to ensure every video meets production-quality standards.
• Receive content briefs generated by our AI reference scanner and evaluate whether each brief is producible with current tools. Adapt briefs into actionable tasks for the team.
• Coordinate with the team (7-10 people) on daily output targets for 10+ channels: shorts channel (minimum 2 shorts), and longs channels (1 long video).
• Provide creative feedback on AI-generated scenes: identify when AI output needs manual correction (~30% of each video requires human touch).

• Experience in video production or content creation for YouTube (ideally Shorts + Longs).
• Strong creative eye — can tell a good video from a bad one, can improve pacing, hooks, thumbnails.
• Willingness to learn our AI tools (Fiber, SlopFlow). No coding required, but the person must understand what these tools can and cannot do.
• Self-starter who can manage daily workflow without micromanagement.
• English is required for team communication. Russian is a plus.
• Flag recurring AI generation issues back to the tool team for automation.
