A eCommerce group is looking for a Creative Performance Marketing Lead to join our creative team. We’re seeking someone passionate, hands-on, and experienced in performance-driven creative strategy for paid social platforms.
This role is ideal for someone with a background in creative marketing, eCommerce, or digital-native brands—who’s excited about creative automation, testing, and scaling campaigns across channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop high-performing, direct response creatives for paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, YouTube).
- Work closely with designers, editors, and writers to deliver engaging visuals and compelling copy.
- Lead the end-to-end process: from creative concept to execution, iteration, and performance analysis.
- Experiment, test, and implement new formats, angles, and creative strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize campaign performance using data insights.
- Build scalable, automated creative systems with performance top of mind.
- Stay on top of AI tools, platform trends, and audience behavior to keep our creative edge sharp.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in performance-focused creative roles (agency or in-house).
- Strong understanding of Direct Response (DR) marketing and paid acquisition funnels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and performance metrics.
- Proficiency in working with Meta, TikTok, and/or YouTube ad platforms.
- Hands-on experience in creative production (copy, video, or graphic design – an advantage).
- Self-starter, curious, and comfortable working in fast-changing environments.
- Native-level English fluency (written & spoken).
