The Role
Condé Nast’s Content Operations team is looking for an Italy-based Creative Optimisation Manager to help grow our Italian YouTube channels, including Vogue, GQ, AD, Vanity Fair and Wired. Working closely with the local production and editorial teams, and reporting directly into the central New York/London team, the Creative Optimisation Manager (IT) will assist the team in uploading and fully optimising content across numerous platforms and brands. Candidates must be passionate about YouTube, be a thought leader, and love building things.
Please note that this role will collaborate with Condé Nast Italy as a freelancer using an Italian VAT Number (P. IVA).
Primary Responsibilities

Day-to-day management of multiple YouTube channels

Optimise and publish pilot video content

Streamline and establish scheduling workflows
-
Advanced thumbnail creation
-
Work within an internal content management system

Monitor optimisation effectiveness

Engage in online community management, through YouTube comments, Community posts, YouTube Stories and be open to testing new features when rolled out

Spotting opportunities to re-optimise archive content when necessary
Primary Skills & Qualifications
-
2+ years of professional experience in Editorial, Media or Creative environments, preferably working across international territories

Professional working proficiency in Italian and English, both written and spoken

Advanced understanding of the YouTube algorithm

Expertise of YouTube Analytics

Excellent interpersonal communication, collaboration skills, and presentation skills.

Willingness and eagerness to learn, iterate, and grow in a collaborative and nimble environment
