We’re seeking a flexible, forward-thinking (Senior) Creative Operations Manager who thrives at the intersection of creativity and clarity. Someone who anticipates needs, streamlines processes, and elevates designers, strategists, and storytellers alike. If organizing creative teams, building scalable systems, and empowering innovative minds to do their best work, with the right context, tools, and direction, energizes you, read on!
Build and optimise workflows across the full creative pipeline from briefing to delivery
Set up a clear working system for the team – in Notion – or the tool that best serves the needs of the team
Shape predictable collaboration frameworks for stakeholders
Support the Head of Creative Studio with resource planning, capacity management, and workload prioritisation for the creative studio team
Evaluate and refine incoming briefs, maintain clear and organized tickets, and support stakeholders in formulating effective requests.
Manage timelines for creative outputs like campaigns shoots, packaging, newsletters, marketing and retail assetsIdentify dependencies, risks, approvals, and potential blockers to ensure smooth delivery
Support the introduction of new tools and technologies including AI and improvements in asset management
Support the Concept & Content Lead with budgeting and preparations for shoots
Support the Head of Creative Studio in maintaining a calm structured creative environment free from unnecessary last-minute chaos
Challenge and refine processes continuously so the team can work smarter as we grow
Four to six years of experience in creative operations management or production operations, ideally in a scale-up or in-house creative team
Strong systems thinker who enjoys building frameworks and operational structures
Confident in navigating creative processes across design, content, and production
Clear, calm communicator who can align teams, reset expectations, and provide structure
Enjoys connecting dots across teams and spotting opportunities to improve workflows
Curious about tooling automation, AI, and new technologies that support operational efficiency
Comfortable owning day-to-day operations while thinking long-term about team scalability
Positive collaborative team partner who wants to help creatives do their best work
Experience with asset management or integrating new operational workflows into creative teams is a bonus
