The Creative Operations Lead is responsible for overseeing the creative process, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. You will oversee a Creative Traffic Manager, to streamline workflows and optimize efficiency.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage day-to-day creative operations, fostering a culture of excitement and collaboration.
  • Oversee the end-to-end creative process, from concept to execution, ensuring all projects align with brand standards and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including to align creative execution with brand marketing and business goals.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness in creative production.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within scope.
  • Mentor and guide the Creative Traffic Manager, providing direction and support to enhance their performance and development.
  • Analyze and report on creative performance metrics, using data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in creative operations, project management, or a similar role, preferably within the retail or fashion industry
  • Proven experience leading and managing creative teams.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • A passion for creativity and a keen eye for detail
