As Operations Director, you’ll play a central role in driving the efficiency, accountability, and strategic planning of our creative and production teams. Acting as the operational backbone, you’ll manage resource planning, oversee delivery metrics, and ensure cross-functional collaboration to meet project goals on time and within budget. This role is critical to enabling scalability, improving team utilization, and supporting the Creative Services organization through actionable insights and process improvements.

What you’ll be doing:

• Oversee and assign the creative and production teams workload and utilization

• Forecast Planning to improve production process and speed to deliver

• Weekly & Monthly Reporting – Time to deliver, Rework rate, Cost per project, CSAT, Timesheet Management

• Manage Stakeholder expectations

• Oversee contract process for freelancers and vendors

What we’re looking for:

• Strong experience working in a project or resource management capacity either in an agency or inhouse agency

• Deep understanding of creative and production functions

• Proficient at building frameworks to run projects thru consistent phases and assess resource needs and provide sufficient capacity to realize project goals

• A track record of forecasting and implementing complex resource plans Excellent analytical skills, providing insightful reporting to oversee current and future requirements
