Responsibilities include assisting the Head of Creative Operations, supporting project planning and execution, communicating with freelancers and internal teams, organizing project documentation, streamlining processes, talent resourcing, budget monitoring, and more. Bonus points for experience with workload management systems and Asana, as well as working with creative teams on shoots.
