Overview
The Data & Services team is a key differentiator for Mastercard, providing the cutting-edge services that help our customers grow. Centered on data-driven technologies and innovation, this team provides consulting, marketing, loyalty and analytics to financial institutions and merchants globally. Marketing Services is the team within D&S that develops and executes the marketing programs that help our clients achieve their marketing goals. The Advisors Creative Desk sits within D&S and is responsible for creating engaging, forward-thinking, on-brand content solutions that connect our advertising partners, platforms, and our portfolio of brands.
As a Creative Operations Analyst, you will be part of the operational backbone of the Creative Desk, ensuring seamless process management, accurate resource planning, licensing governance, data integrity and strong cross-team coordination. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy bringing structure to dynamic environments and collaborating with both analytical and creative partners.
The Creative Operations Analyst is responsible for maintaining workflow efficiency, supporting creative teams and ensuring that all operational processes run accurately, consistently and on time.
Role:
As Creative Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient execution of our creative projects by managing end-to-end operational processes, including resource planning, freelancer onboarding, and project team coordination.• You will support the project manager and creative teams by providing accurate utilization and capacity insights to optimize resourcing decisions and project delivery.• Oversee operational systems, licensing platforms, and tooling adoption, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and best practices across all projects.• Collaborate closely with internal teams and regional hubs to maintain up-to-date operational data and reporting, enabling informed decision-making and continuous process improvement.• Act as a point of guidance for operational queries, access issues, and project administration, supporting a seamless workflow across the organization.
All about you:
Experience• +3 experience in Creative Operations, Project Management, Marketing Operations, and Resource Management.• Previous role as Project Manager in an agency environment, with strong familiarity in financial tools and workflows, collaboration with accounting teams, and ability to manage invoicing and vendor tracking.• Solid understanding of resource planning, hour management, and operational workflows.• Hands-on experience with PSA systems, resource planning tools, or similar platforms.• Familiarity with stock licensing platforms.
Technical & Soft Skills• Advanced English reading and writing proficiency.• Strong Excel skills, including data structuring, formulas, validations, and reporting.• Highly collaborative with a natural inclination to support teams.• Exceptional attention to detail and quality-control mindset.• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, multi-tasking environments.• Clear, constructive, and solution-oriented communication skills.• Proactive in identifying risks and suggesting process improvements.
Preferred• Experience working directly with creative teams.• Familiarity with marketing production workflows and asset-based processes.• Basic understanding of cards and banking customer journeys.
