The team & role 

We are hiring a temporary B2C Creative Marketing Team Lead to cover maternity leave. In this role,  you will be responsible for guiding our talented designers to create beautiful and converting video ads. As an AI first company, our ads creation process is leveraging AI capabilities to improve quality and efficiency.
You will take part in the strategic planning of our brand’s online presence. The Creative Marketing team is a crucial part of generating revenue for our core business while being the first point of contact with our users.

What you will be doing

  • Leading a team of creative talents for creating ads, creative sessions and company peers workflow
  • Creatively mentor, prioritize day to day tasks and oversee their personal and professional development.
  • Implementing and mentoring AI tools to enhance and improve daily and strategic tasks 
  • Develop and elevate the Lightricks brands marketing performance through exceptional design and construct creative concepts.
  • Analyze marketing reports and lead KPI oriented projects 
  • Manage team development and growth
  • Collaborate with other stakeholders to gather information, understand marketing goals and strategize creative ads and briefs 

Your skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field.
  • Online portfolio/ showreel demonstrating mastery, creativity and diversity.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in advertising with design & strong fundamentals in image-making, motion design, video and typography.
  • Experience in leading a team of creative talents.
  • Experience in brand productions.
  • Analytical, patient and passionate with great attention to details.
  • Self-starter, self-motivated, ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Comfort working in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
