We are looking for a Creative Marketing Specialist with experience in eCommerce or retail marketplaces. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of trends, a deep understanding of viral growth mechanics, and a proven ability to create high-performing, conversion-driven campaigns that sell.
Your impact:
- Create engaging marketing campaign concepts from scratch.
- Conduct research to identify creative opportunities.
- Prepare detailed briefs to guide designers and creators.
- Evaluate the business impact of creative assets to enhance engagement and conversions.
- Collaborate with the marketing, design and content teams.
- Manage asset and video production with designers, influencers, and creators.
- Develop and refine processes for creative development and testing to support marketing goals.
About you:
- At least 1 year of experience in marketing, SMM, or influencer marketing, preferably in eCommerce or retail marketplaces.
- Strong business mindset with a focus on results and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in market and competitor research and analysis.
- Experience in creating briefs for designers.
- Upper-Intermediate English.
- A creative approach with a desire to generate fresh ideas and innovative solutions.
- Understanding of AI content generation will be a plus.
