We're looking for someone who thinks like an entrepreneur but creates like an artist. You'll be the mind behind ad creatives that actually work — figuring out why some ideas convert and others flop, and turning those insights into powerful strategies.
You'll own the full-cycle production of ad creatives (mostly Meta Ads) for multiple businesses operating in global markets.
What you'll do:
- Develop creative strategies aligned with client business goals.
- Research market trends and competitors to stay ahead of the curve.
- Continuously generate and refine ideas for ad creatives.
- Brief and manage the design team to bring your ideas to life.
- Analyse performance data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Build systems for hypothesis validation and scaling successful ads.
- Collaborate across teams to align messaging with customer journeys and funnels.
Our ideal candidate has:
- Have at least 1 year of marketing experience.
- Know how to write catchy, conversion-focused copy.
- Believe great creatives come from great insights.
- Have hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Google or TikTok a plus).
- Understand customer journeys and funnels.
- Speak and write English at an Upper-Intermediate level.
