Promin agency specializes in advertising products and solving business challenges for various projects within the Flyer One Ventures and Genesis ecosystems. We operate within a dynamic business community with significant potential for scaling to external markets.
We're now looking for a Creative Marketing Specialist to join our team and develop high-impact ad creatives for META Ads.
What you'll do:
- Research the market and generate ideas for advertising creatives (static, animated, video).
- Keep track of advertising trends, monitor competitors, and implement new formats.
- Assign tasks to designers, content creators, and video production specialists, and oversee their execution.
- Analyze the performance of creatives based on ad account metrics and optimize them.
- Establish processes for hypothesis testing and scaling successful creatives.
- Ensure a deep understanding of top and promising creatives and know what success rates should be achieved for static ads and video (motion, UGC) separately.
Our ideal candidate has:
- 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, ideally with Tier 1 markets.
- Upper-intermediate English (B2+) and strong writing skills.
- Copywriting skills and the ability to turn ideas into catchy headlines or concepts.
- A solid grasp of digital marketing and data analysis for performance improvement.
- Familiarity with creative and performance metrics (CTR, CVR, SR%, CPA, CAC, LTV, ROAS, ROMI, ROI).
- A portfolio of successful ad creatives across various formats.
- Experience building or improving creative processes within a team.
- A creative mindset, self-organization skills, and a proactive approach to idea generation.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Resilience to stress, ability to handle challenging situations/clients, and skills in addressing objections.
- High literacy and the ability to express thoughts clearly, both in speech and writing.
