Job Description:

The Creative Marketing Specialist shall ideate and create content marketing initiatives (content planning and strategy), platforms development specifically for the website, other online platforms and for all CRM initiatives.


Main Duties

- Ideate, design, create various materials for print and digital platforms (not limited to social media, SNS, website, mailers)

- Hands-on experience with logo design, typography, color, web layout design, print production, image selection and package design

- Closely work with the rest of the creative team across different types of media

- Generate clear ideas and concepts with the marketing team

- Produce sketches, storyboards, art layouts based on creative visions and ideas

- Ensure the branding guidelines are followed and applied correctly across types of media

- Ensure creative output are completed with high quality and are on schedule

- Identify trends and insights, keep up-to-date on new creative marketing trends


Minimal Qualifications:

At least 3 to 5 years of experience in graphic design, multimedia design, art direction, concept development

Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web

Knowledge of Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other visual design tools

Demonstrable graphic and multimedia design skills with a strong portfolio

Creative thinker and has an eye for details

Incorporates feedback and takes/gives direction well

Team player with strong communication and presentation skills
