Creative Marketing Manager

Genesis is a Ukrainian co-founding IT company and one of the largest publishers of non-gaming apps. Together with the best entrepreneurs from Central and Eastern Europe, we create and develop global technology businesses. Our main markets are the United States, Europe, and Africa.

As a co-founding company, Genesis first provides promising startups with the necessary resources and expertise for development, and then supports the project until it becomes an independent business. Currently, 25 projects are developing in our ecosystem in four main areas: mobile applications, online media, e-commerce, and R&D.
We are looking for a creative marketing manager who will help develop and execute creative strategies to attract new users and enhance conversion rates of a futuristic AI Social Discovery project.
You will:

• Develop creative strategies to attract new users;
• Manage timelines & allocate team resources;
• Write comprehensive briefs for motion/graphic designers and content creators;
• Review and approve advertising creatives, providing edits and feedback;
• Adapt creatives for different platforms and audiences;
• Analyze ad performance and suggest improvements;
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities;
• Work with external partners, freelancers, and agencies as needed;
• Research and implement new tools to optimize the creative process.

From you:

• 2 years of experience working with advertising platforms (such as Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, Snapchat);
• Understanding of key marketing metrics (CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS);
• Ability to analyze and optimize ad creatives based on performance data;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes;
• Get ready to work with spicy content;
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Will be an advantage:

• Experience with AI-powered creative tools (Runway/Pika Labs/Midjourney/Stable Diffusion/Heygen);
• Copywriting experience and familiarity with international markets;
• Experience working with adult content.
