The salary for this position will be set based on the level of experience, skills, and qualifications the candidate brings to the role, in line with our commitment to equity and market competitiveness. The median salary for this role is $100,000 annually CAD.
Role Overview:
The Creative Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading the creative direction for our paid advertising campaigns and optimizing our marketing site to drive growth. Reporting to the Head of Consumer Growth, this role involves managing creative assets such as photography, video, and brand design, while focusing on growth experiments to enhance conversion rates.
A Day in the Life:

Creative Direction: Oversee and direct the creative aspects of paid advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with our brand and marketing objectives.

Site Management: Create and maintain key pages on our marketing site, including resource pages and campaign landing pages. Assist in executing A/B tests on the marketing site to optimize conversions.

Asset Production: Create and produce marketing creative assets including images, videos, and other materials required for campaigns. Identify gaps in creative assets and produce necessary content as needed.

Design & UX: Ensure a high standard of design and user experience across all marketing materials, landing pages and onboarding flow.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or higher
-
5+ years in creative marketing, with a strong portfolio of relevant work across diverse media

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva

Familiarity with Hubspot, Contentful or similar CMS platforms

Strong sense of design and UX principles

Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
