Job Overview
We are looking for a highly driven and creative Creative Manager to lead our video production team. This role requires a balance between creative vision, technical understanding, and team leadership to deliver high-performing visual content aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of video editors to ensure high-quality and consistent output
- Translate marketing angles and ideas into compelling visual concepts and executions
- Ensure all creatives align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
- Mentor and develop team members, continuously improving their skills and performance
- Manage workload distribution and ensure timely delivery under tight deadlines
- Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to create performance-driven content
- Assess team needs (tools, resources, hiring) and ensure the team is fully equipped to perform efficiently
- Work closely with HR on hiring, onboarding, and, when necessary, offboarding decisions
- Organize videography setups and tools based on production needs
Requirements
- Strong understanding of video editing fundamentals and technical basics
- Familiarity with editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Basic knowledge of software setup, AI tools, subscriptions, and workflows
- Ability to execute quickly and efficiently
- Strong ability to translate creative ideas and marketing angles into visual outputs
- Proven experience managing and leading a creative or video production team
Nice to Have
- Background in Growth Marketing or Digital Marketing
- Experience in E-commerce is a strong plus
- Understanding of performance-driven videos and optimization strategies
