We are seeking a visionary and highly skilled Creative Manager to lead our creative team and drive the development of compelling digital and visual content across all platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web design, graphic design, video and brand strategy, as well as demonstrated experience managing creative professionals and overseeing multi-disciplinary projects from concept to execution.

What you will do…

• Lead and manage the creative team, including web designers, UI/UX designers, graphic designers, and other creative professionals.
• Oversee the creative direction and execution of all digital and visual content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business goals.
• Design and optimize engaging, user-friendly websites, landing pages, and digital interfaces that support marketing and product strategies.
• Develop innovative and cohesive graphic design assets for use across web, social media, email marketing, print, and presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact creative solutions.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and workflows to ensure timely delivery and high-quality results.
• Continuously improve design systems and processes to enhance creative output, team productivity and development.
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, technologies, and industry best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Web Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a creative/design role, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership position.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating web design, graphic design, and branding expertise.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, or similar.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience collaborating with front-end developers.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, manage multiple projects, and deliver exceptional creative work on deadline.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Experience in UI/UX design and user-centered design principles.
• Background in motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
• Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress or Webflow.
