Job Summary:
The Creative Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the creative team, ensuring high-quality execution of visual, digital, and content projects. Acting as a bridge between creative strategy and execution, the Creative Manager coordinates projects, manages resources and deadlines, and ensures that all creative output aligns with brand standards and business objectives. Key Responsibilities:

1. Team & Project Management
  • Supervise and coordinate team members to ensure timely delivery of high-quality creative assets, provide guidance and feedback on design and content, and maintain alignment with brand standards and campaign objectives.
  • Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines are met across campaigns and projects.
  • Ensure visual identity and messaging are consistent across all marketing channels.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and communications teams to ensure creative deliverables support business goals.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions, campaign planning, and creative reviews.
  • Present creative concepts to internal stakeholders when required.
  • Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers when needed.
  • Identify, coordinate, and manage influencer partnerships, providing creative direction for content, reviewing deliverables for quality and brand consistency, and integrating influencer campaigns into overall marketing strategy.



Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or related field.

  • 3–5 years of experience in a creative management role, preferably in marketing or advertising.

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.

  • Proficiency in design software and digital content production.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and teams under tight deadlines.

Skills Required
