Role: Creative Lead

About the role:

Working in partnership with our client, You'll be the conceptual architect and creative force behind ideas that perform as brilliantly as they engage. Working at the intersection of culture and commerce, you'll translate brand strategy into distinctive creative platforms and social-first storytelling that travels across platforms and borders. We're looking for someone who can ideate beyond the obvious, finding fresh territories that elevate household staples into cultural conversation-starters. Success means developing powerful creative concepts that stop scrolls, start conversations, and drive results for some of the UK and Europe's most recognised Personal Care products. 

What you will be doing:
  • Lead ideation sessions that push beyond tactical execution to find unexpected creative territories 
  • Develop breakthrough creative concepts that express brand purpose in culturally relevant ways 
  • Create scalable idea platforms that can flex across social channels while maintaining conceptual integrity 
  • Spearhead creative that turns followers into fans and fans into customers 
  • Build and mentor a team of digital-native creators, fostering a culture of imaginative thinking 
  • Collaborate with strategists, influencers, and performance specialists to refine and evolve concepts 
  • Transform data insights into innovative creative opportunities 
  • Shape the visual identity and conceptual approach of household names in the digital space 
  • Stay ahead of platform evolutions and cultural moments to inform ideation 
  • Deliver work that earns both awards and commercial results 
  • You will be open and willing to attend sustainability training relevant to your role and soak up recommended research and reading about sustainability issues
What you need to be great in this role:
  • A portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking that transcends execution, with strong idea-first approaches 
  • Strategic muscle that connects creative ideas to business outcomes 
  • Proven ability to generate multiple creative territories and conceptual directions for briefs 
  • Platform expertise across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging channels 
  • Experience leading ideation workshops and creative brainstorming sessions 
  • A talent for articulating conceptual thinking to diverse stakeholders 
  • The ability to present work with conviction and clarity 
  • An eye for what's next in digital culture and creative technology 
  • You can be the change - you prioritise environmental responsibility, social equity, and economic viability and how that translates into your day-to-day role
