Job Summary:

Are you a creative genius with a flair for leading innovative campaigns? Farnell Global is on the hunt for a dynamic Creative Lead to join our vibrant global creative services team. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind our creative look and feel, leading major global campaigns and supporting our Creative Services Manager in Leeds. You'll work hand-in-hand with our digital and senior designers in Bangalore and Singapore, working on multi-channel campaigns both online and offline, internal and external digital assets, and updating over 40 local websites powered by a global CMS.

What you will be doing:

  • Take the helm on priority campaigns and projects, bringing your creative vision to life.
  • Advise and support our global marketing stakeholders
  • Pioneer new processes and efficiencies that elevate our creative output
  • Maintain and update brand and campaign guidelines for all creative functions and teams.
  • Present ideas and concepts to key stakeholders with confidence and flair.
  • Manage creative projects and deadlines
  • Output creative solutions to our high expectation and standards
  • Support and inspire our creative design team through mentoring and training.
  • Stay ahead of the curve with up-to-date knowledge of creative trends.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of design projects

What we are looking for:

  • Adobe Expert: Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications; familiarity with Figma or similar tools, and Adobe Workfront is a plus.
  • Project Leader: Proven experience leading creative projects with confidence.
  • Brief Challenger: Ability to challenge creative briefs with well-considered solutions.
  • On-Brand, On-Time: Develop creative solutions that are both on-brand and timely.
  • Multitasker: Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and stakeholders.
  • Global Insight: Understanding of the role of creative services and global marketing in business success.
  • Time Zone Navigator: Experience working across different time zones.
