The Creative Lead will own and oversee the creative direction and design execution across Egypt Education Platform (EEP) and its diverse portfolio of educational brands, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with each brand’s identity and strategic objectives.

This is a hands-on role combining creative leadership, graphic design, brand management, and agency coordination. The successful candidate will independently develop and execute creative assets, manage external agencies and suppliers, and ensure all creative output meets EEP’s standards and protects the integrity of its brands.

Initially operating as a standalone design function, the Creative Lead must be comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, taking ownership from brief to final delivery, and balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Creative Direction & Design Execution

  • Lead the creative direction and execution of design projects across EEP and its portfolio of schools and brands.
  • Independently conceptualize and design high-quality creative assets across digital, print, social media, presentations, campaigns, events, and other marketing touchpoints.
  • Translate marketing briefs and business objectives into compelling visual concepts and effective design solutions.
  • Develop creative concepts, layouts, mock-ups, and visual presentations to support campaigns, launches, events, and strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure timely delivery of creative assets while maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.

2. Brand Identity & Governance

  • Safeguard and maintain the visual identity of EEP and its portfolio of educational brands.
  • Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all internal and external communications.
  • Review and approve creative materials developed by external agencies, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure brand compliance.
  • Identify inconsistencies, recommend improvements, and ensure all creative output reflects the positioning and personality of each brand.
  • Maintain and organize brand guidelines, design templates, logos, and other essential brand assets.
  • Support brand development, visual identity enhancements, and the creation of new brands when required.

3. Agency & Supplier Management

  • Act as the main creative point of contact for external creative agencies, production houses, and design suppliers.
  • Develop clear creative briefs and provide direction, feedback, and guidance throughout the design process.
  • Review agency deliverables, challenge creative recommendations when necessary, and ensure outputs meet EEP's expectations.
  • Manage creative revisions and approvals to ensure quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with external partners on production requirements, specifications, and final artwork delivery.

4. Marketing & Campaign Support

  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop creative concepts for integrated marketing campaigns, admissions campaigns, events, and brand initiatives.
  • Design marketing collateral for digital platforms, social media, websites, presentations, brochures, banners, signage, and other communication channels.
  • Support the development of creative assets for new school launches, brand activations, events, and corporate communications.
  • Ensure all creative materials align with campaign objectives, target audiences, and the intended brand positioning.
  • Contribute creative ideas and visual solutions that strengthen brand awareness, engagement, and overall marketing effectiveness.

5. Creative Operations & Asset Management

  • Manage the creative workflow from receiving briefs through concept development, design, revisions, and final delivery.
  • Prioritize multiple requests across EEP and its portfolio while maintaining agreed timelines and quality standards.
  • Establish efficient processes for managing creative requests, approvals, and asset delivery.
  • Maintain an organized digital library of approved creative assets and ensure teams have access to the latest brand materials.
  • Identify opportunities to improve creative workflows, templates, and processes to increase efficiency and consistency.
  • Manage multiple projects independently while coordinating priorities with the marketing team.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of relevant experience in graphic design, creative development, or visual communications, preferably in a fast-paced marketing environment.
  • Proven experience in both hands-on design execution and creative project ownership.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across digital, print, branding, campaign development, and presentation design.
  • Experience managing external creative agencies, production houses, and suppliers.
  • Strong understanding of brand identity systems, visual consistency, and brand governance.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or digital content production is an advantage.
  • Experience managing multiple brands or working across different business units is highly desirable.
