The Ogilvy Indonesia team is expanding and seeking to build a pool of talented candidates for the position of Creative Group Head. As a Creative Group Head you will be part of our passionate, multi-talented studio where you will help guide your team members along with the support of your senior to take briefs, brainstorm solutions, mock up your vision, prep them for presentation, and then roll out your beautifully crafted solution into the world.

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of creative development experience, specializing in beauty.
  • Proven leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, especially within the beauty industry.
  • Experience developing integrated campaigns.
  • Portfolio showcasing innovative beauty campaigns.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep understanding of beauty trends and consumer behavior.

Job Description:

Lead the creative team, overseeing the development and execution of innovative and effective digital and social media campaigns. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the beauty industry and a passion for creating engaging content. Responsibilities include:

  • Leading the creative process from concept to execution, exceeding creative benchmarks.
  • Mentoring and developing a team of creatives.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Staying current on beauty industry trends and digital best practices.
