Job Summary
We’re looking for a Creative Director to define and lead the visual identity, creative strategy, and execution for our brand and marketing programs. In this hands-on role, you’ll work closely with the VP of Brand & Communications, internal marketing teams, and external agencies or freelancers to deliver high-quality, on-brand creative across digital, web, video, social, events, and campaigns.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company’s creative vision across all marketing channels ensuring consistency and differentiation across Product, Marketing and Sales.
- Translate Go To Market (GTM) strategy into a creative direction that drives pipeline growth, product adoption and brand equity.
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines and visual identity standards.
- Manage external creative partners and freelance resources to deliver consistent, high-quality creative.
- Collaborate closely with Brand, Content, Product Marketing, and Demand Gen teams to ensure creative supports both strategic and campaign goals.
- Develop scalable brand systems, messaging frameworks and design standards.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
- Strong portfolio showcasing brand, digital, and campaign work.
- Exceptional visual storytelling, design direction, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, small-team environment.
- Expertise in brand strategy and brand systems.
- Knowledge of design systems and accessibility standards.
- Operational and executive effectiveness.
Required Education and Experience
- 10+ years of experiencein creative leadership roles, preferably in hypergrowth SaaS companies.
- Experience leading creative projects with agencies and freelancers.
- Led brand evolution or rebrand without disrupting pipeline.
- Built creative systems that scale (design systems, messaging frameworks).
- Works effectively with agencies, designers, copywriters, video, brand and web.
- Experience with enterpirse SaaS buyers.
- Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelors degree in graphic design, visual communication, or advertising preferred but not required.
