💻 Role

  • Craft and maintain a unique brand personality that resonates with our target audience and sets us apart in the market.
  • Oversee and enforce KICKS CREW brand guidelines to ensure consistency in brand design, experience, and tone of voice across all platforms.
  • ​​Design and produce a variety of physical assets, including packaging, promotional materials, and event displays.
  • Lead and drive the creative process for campaigns, analyze campaign performance using data analytics tools, interpreting metrics to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
  • Build, lead, and manage a diverse team of creatives, including graphic designers, motion designers and photographers.
  • Oversee the design and storytelling across all brand channels, including our website, email communications, social media, and editorial content.
  • Collaborate with external partners on creative projects while effectively managing budgets to ensure optimal resource allocation.


👋 About you

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital media publishing, social media, communications or marketing at an agency, in-house or equivalent experience.
  • A thoughtful leader that is careful and obsessive with the brand and its narrative
  • Understanding / experience of online marketplace & e-commerce branding a big plus
  • Demonstrated ability in ideating, creating and implementing large-scale and unique creative brand campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable creative strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; able to interact with customers in a clear and concise manner
  • Must be able to prioritize work and manage time effectively; the ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, independent, multifaceted environment
  • Highly organized with demonstrated attention to detail
  • Experience working with Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Asana, Airtable, etc.
