Job Description:

En Dentsu Creative estamos buscando una dupla creativa con más de 4 años de experiencia trabajando junta, lista para sumarse a un equipo que apuesta por las ideas, la innovación y el impacto real.

Nos interesa conocer duplas con experiencia en grandes marcas o en el mercado de US.

Inglés avanzado: imprescindible para trabajar con clientes en US participando de pitches y diferentes cuentas

Role Purpose

We serve our clients from offices around the world. Passionate about building brands in diverse categories, we handle accounts of all sizes, from local to global, crossing all communication channels. We are currently hiring an Creative Director to confidently and independently lead brands, mentor associates, and manage the day-to-day progress of a project from start to finish. This role is project by project so you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of clients.

Key Accountabilities

• Develop creative solutions and skillfully produce work across a variety of platforms and mediums (video, still, OOH, print, social, activations - experiential, influencer, etc.) that meet and surpass client goals 
• Be a part of the creative process from ideation to the final product, ensuring quality and style meet both our standards, and the client’s strategies and objectives 
• Win a room over. Showcase exceptional presentation skills with an ability to clearly articulate and explain the creative work and your rationale behind it. Evoke excitement and passion with your recommendations 
• Cultivate relationships with internal account teams and clients 
• Manage, inspire, and challenge teams of Writers, Art Directors, and Designers 
• Multitask to creatively manage multiple assignments and various timeframes and budgets 
• Provide constructive feedback and nurture every good idea 
• Set a tone that is respectful, openly inventive, collaborative, and wildly creative. Grow and nurture the culture of your team 
• Be willing to jump in, roll up your sleeves, and work across all levels of the campaign 
• Collaborate and partner with cross-department teams (Producers, Designers, and Strategy account) to develop and craft the final deliverables
