We’re looking for a visionary Creative Director to lead and inspire our creative team while shaping the visual identity and voice of our brand. You will be responsible for driving high-impact campaigns, overseeing cross-channel content, and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints. This is a strategic and hands-on role, perfect for someone who combines artistic talent with strong leadership and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the concepting and execution of all creative work across brand, marketing, product, and content.

Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team of designers, copywriters, art directors, and freelancers.

Translate strategic goals into bold, innovative creative ideas and campaigns.

Oversee brand development, visual identity, tone of voice, and creative guidelines.

Collaborate with marketing, product, and executive teams to align creative direction with business goals.

Review and approve designs, videos, copy, and other assets for quality and brand alignment.

Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to keep our creative output fresh and relevant.

Manage creative budgets and timelines, ensuring high-quality delivery under tight deadlines.

Qualifications:

7+ years of experience in creative leadership roles, ideally in an agency or fast-paced in-house environment.

A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional creative work across digital, print, and video.

Proven ability to lead and inspire creative teams and work cross-functionally with marketing and product.

Deep understanding of design principles, storytelling, user-centered thinking, and branding.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant creative tools.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).


Compensation, Benefits and Duration

Minimum Compensation: USD 80,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 280,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
Medical, vision, and dental benefits, 401k retirement plan, variable pay/incentives, paid time off, and paid holidays are available for full time employees.
This position is available for independent contractors
