The Role

We’re looking for a Creative Director to conceive and produce advertising creative that spans a large range of use cases — from women’s wellness to body composition and beyond. You’ll own the visual and conceptual direction of our ads, translating FL127’s science into work that grabs attention and assesses demand across very different audiences. This is a part-time contract role of roughly 10 hours per week over a few months, fully remote but in-person optional.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop ad concepts and creative direction for a broad set of use cases and target audiences.
  • Produce ready-to-run ad creative — static, social, and other digital formats — adapting a consistent brand to each use case.
  • Translate FL127’s science and product story into clear, emotionally resonant messaging and visuals.
  • Iterate quickly on variations to support testing, and refine based on performance signals.
  • Partner with the team to prioritize which use cases and concepts to bring to market first.
