  • Lead creative development for sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, sizzle reels, sponsorship presentations, one-sheets, case studies, and custom proposals.

  • Serve as both creative gatekeeper and trailblazer, ensuring that work is on brand while introducing innovative approaches for advertisers and partners.

  • Shape and guide the creative vision for integrated campaigns across digital, social, print, out-of-home (OOH), experiential, and on-air touchpoints.

  • Translate advertiser objectives and audience insights into compelling visual narratives and custom creative solutions.

  • Lead and mentor a team fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

  • Contribute hands-on to design and execution, including motion graphics, animation, typography, and PowerPoint decks.

  • Establish and refine workflows to support fast-paced sales timelines and cross-functional collaboration.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • Experience as a Creative Director or at least two years as a Senior Creative Designer with leadership responsibilities.

  • Background at a media company, studio, television network, streaming platform, or creative agency supporting advertising or brand partnerships.

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating lead creative roles on campaigns, presentations, key art, motion graphics, or integrated marketing initiatives.

  • Technical expertise in typography, design, motion graphics, motion tracking, keying, rotoscoping, and editing.

  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere.

  • Thorough understanding of design and motion graphics fundamentals, trends, and best practices.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to sales teams, executives, and stakeholders.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, incorporate feedback, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Willingness to travel occasionally to attend shoots or key meetings.

  • A collaborative, resourceful, and solutions-oriented mindset.

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Experience managing stakeholders across multiple levels and departments.

  • Experience directing, producing, or curating photo and video shoots.

  • Familiarity with advertising, sponsorships, branded content, or custom marketing solutions.

  • Interest or knowledge in entertainment, news, lifestyle, history, or pop culture.
