Creative Designer- UX UI

SellAnyCar.com is transforming the automotive space, and we're on the hunt for a creative, detail-driven Creative Designer- UX UI to join our Marketing team.

You'll be a great fit if you're passionate about user-centered design and skilled at crafting intuitive, engaging experiences across web, mobile apps, social media, digital ads, and offline touchpoints. In this role, you'll strengthen our brand through visually compelling, consistent design across every channel, while helping grow our social media presence across all four of our brands.

• Design Development: Create visually compelling designs for digital and physical platforms, including web, app, social media, email, print materials, and in-store displays.

• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and contribute to a cohesive brand identity across all touchpoints.

• AI Integration: Utilize AI tools to streamline the design process, especially during high-demand periods. This includes generating design variations, automating repetitive tasks, and enhancing creative output.

• UI/UX Design: Design intuitive, user-centred interfaces for web and app platforms, including wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes that balance usability with visual appeal.

• Social Media Management: Plan and design content for the company's social media channels, keeping formats and visual style aligned with platform best practices and audience engagement goals.

• Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and AI advancements to continuously improve design skills and enhance the creative process.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the product team, technology team, and other departments to ensure a unified approach to brand messaging and design.

• Content Creation: Collaborate with content teams to produce engaging visuals for social media campaigns, email newsletters, advertisements, and other marketing materials.Provide occasional support during photo and video shoots.

• Feedback & Revisions: Incorporate feedback from the Growth Architect and stakeholders to refine and perfect designs, ensuring all projects meet the required standards and deadlines.

• Project Ownership: Manage assigned projects and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely delivery.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Technical: Adobe Design & Animation Tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Google Web Designer Banner Ads (HTML5), Photo and Video Editing, TikTok/Reel video shoots using a phone, AI Design Tools.

• Creative: 360° Marketing Campaign Ideation, Motion Graphic Designs, Web + App + Email Performance Marketing Graphics, Offline Graphics (Ads, kiosks, flyers), Branding. Understanding of UI/UX design with practical experience in web and mobile app design. 

• Prior experience managing or creating content for social media platforms is required.

• Portfolio Requirement: Applicants must provide their Behance portfolio (or any other digital portfolio) showcasing their previous work over a wide range of creative projects.

• Preferred Technical: Photography + Lighting, Cinematography, Figma UI Design, Sketching, Drawing, HTML.

Education Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Experience:

3-5  years of experience in a creative design role preferably within an agency-focused environment.
