The Role

What you can expect
We are seeking a Creative Graphic Designer to work with our Professional Services team .The role includes creating customized high-quality creative assets, such as posters, video, banners, and infographics, tailored to each customer’s brand and tone of voice. Responsibilities involve Customizing Workvivo customer environments to match their brand and tone of voice, producing motion design and storyboarding, while developing engaging visual narratives, animate assets, and bringing concepts to life through movement.

This role is for someone who has a passion for storytelling through creative graphic and motion design.

Responsibilities
Build and customize high quality branded creative assets for customers. Customizing Workvivo customer
environments to match their brand and tone of voice and Occasionally Working closely with other teams
within Workvivo.

What we’re looking for

  • 3 years experience of professional design experience with a solid focus on both print and digital media.

  • Experience in motion design and storyboarding, with the ability to develop engaging visual narratives, animate assets, and bring concepts to life through movement

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite—specifically After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma.

  • Present a Compelling portfolio showcasing exceptional conceptual and design work, demonstrating expertise in layout, typography, colour theory and motion design.

  • Showcase solid communication and teamwork skills by clearly presenting designs and concepts to clients, while collaborating effectively and articulately with the team

  • Adapt to different brand identities, ensuring consistency while infusing creativity into each unique project.

  • Experience working in a high energy studio, agency, or in-house creative environment.
